They are hard to get rid off and I have heard some people resorting to neem oil and a blow torch (not recommended)
Check the above thread out,I think it suggest fungus gnat killer in its powder form.

I heard that endall works, but idk if it's safe for my babies, by I'm getting desperate now to get rid of them since the leaves on my baby are starting to get little holes in them, so I plan on spraying them with a really small bit of end all and changing the soil, I plan on spraying it for a week, every second day , although there might be other instructions on the bottle
