Opinions on how to trellis large outdoor plants

So this year will be my biggest plants yet. Got a fet going into 100gallon that are already 4' tall. So my question is whats the best method of running a trellis.

My ideas so far are doing each plant individually staking 4 pieces of rebar in each "corner" of the pot and doing 3 horizontal screens at 4',5', and 6'. Then also wrapping around vertically. I have realistally about 6-7sqft per plant.

My other idea was to run a single horizontal run down each row of plants at the same 4', 5' and 6'
