Organic - 600W HPS + 2x 600W LED - Multiple Strains

I would use something stronger then plastic zip ties to mount your carbon filter, I have had plastic zip ties fail. I use rope ratchets to securely hang my equipment.

Doesnt sound like too bad of an idea, the zipties are supposedly weight tested up to 75 lbs or something like that, but I've been sketched about trying it, which is why I have my current setup

I seem to of had a magnesium defeciency in Super skunk, the leaves were fading to yellow in some spots, seems better now, did some light defoil on a few of the flowering plants to get more light to bud sites... and as you will notice I went up to 18" round pots for my two biggest plants, and a lil bit of late training and tie down to open them up, they will go into flower as soon as there is room, which is hopefully in about 4-5 weeks, they should each produce very well.

I have CaMg+, and some other organic nutrients around, I'm not going to go through PH testing, I haven't up til this point and all my other plants look really well to this point, this strain seems to have different needs, which I totally expected to find when I decided to grow so many different strains. Anybody have suggestions? I think it's magnesium deficiency but I haven't really compared vs the charts.

One problem I noticed with the LED lights is that the soil doesn't dry out as quickly, I'm worried about mold and if water is always available how will my roots grow strong if they don't have to search for water often.

I have today off so I'm trying to get caught up on everybody's journals

Could try to not keep them on watering schedule and whater only when she is dry, or I'm missing something?

Well I do only water when they need it, I was just thinking how since the soil stays moist longer it could produce a mold problem? I have good circulation though inside the tent.

Still trying to figure out how to remedy the Super Skunk auto

I am using Lush Lighting LED light panels and I also have found that the soil takes longer to dry out than the same size pots under High Pressure Sodium lights. I have not had an issue with mould on the soiless mixture I use.

Here is my soiless mixture

I use peat moss, perlite, vermiculite and mycorrhizae for my plants. I would mix your soiless mixture in a ratio of 60% peat moss, 20% perlite and 20% vermiculite. If you can get Pro-Mix HP you would only need to add 20% vermiculite and mycorrhizae. Vermiculite acts as a catalyst between nutrients and the plants roots as well as retaining moisture.

Update, got myself a 60-100x scope, checked the Super Skunk, it's almost all cloudy on most of the bigger buds, I'd say maybe 2-3% amber right now, doesn't look like it will yield all that much, but I think Trainwreck and Kosher Kush are just about ready to move on to the flower room, they have a ton of healthy tops and are filling out the 18" round pots very nicely, I'll do an update with pics later.
