Rudy Giuliani can't have an opinion because he's not a doctor? Will he not have opinions on other issues like the environment because he's not a forest ranger, or can't comment on oil because he's not from the middle east, or can't have an opinion about war or terrorist because he's not a soldier or because he don't know how to hijack a plane, or can't have an opinion about the homeless and poor because his pockets are lined?

yep, he's basically saying "I have no knowledge on the subject, so I'll trust a government funded organization, because we all know how honest the government is in the 21st century.

This looks to me like he'll say anything to get elected.

Rudy is a Deausch bag, he has an opinion on the matter but doesn't take a stance either way. I don't want some one presedent who doesn't know what they want to do, he is following the people he is should be leading. Mike Huckabee needs to have the point made that on the federal level they are not allowed to do research, the government doesn't allow it. So is he going to allow the research to be done because it isn't allowed to be done now. Mike Gravel doesn't have sound for me. . .

If the government researches medical marijuana, we already know that they will say it has no medical value, even though the federal government has provided mmj to patients. It would be better if it was done independently.
