Outdoor flowers, let's see 'em!

It’s that time of the year in the N. hemisphere.

So if you got ‘em, show ‘em.

Here's one of mine. Hybrid of Lebanese & Nepalese landraces.

Flowered earlier than anything I've ever grown: mid July.

Should be done in about 4 weeks.

I’m doing Aurora, Gorilla Glue and Nirvana’s Girl Scout Cookies. Seeds popped in mid May. SoCal. In 10g fabric pots, FF soil mix w/good soil with micro critters and extra perlite. Broke apical dominance at 3/4 node, then topped heavily to get numerous branches and wide base shape.

Glue and Aurora well into flowering; GSC slower, but huge (7’) and super healthy. Looks like about 4-6 weeks for Glue and October for cookies.

L-R: GSC, Aurora, and Glue

Stackin' nicely! Those are beauties! Great job, looking forward to the smoke report.

A few closer pics. A few red hairs, stacking...hitting with stacker additive, molasses, seaweed extract, and occasional Hawaiian Bud and Bloom powder (check it out for value, IMHO). Just have to fight this hot, humid SoCal summer and hope to avoid/limit PWM and Bud Rot.

Yowza!

Stay on top of yr grow during fall humidity & you'll do fine!

Bigger pot usually = bigger plant, other factors remeaning equal.

Fir stealthy sub 6’ bushes, what do you think possible with a 30 or 40g pot? Thinking lbs possible with extensive topping, stretching, nutes, etc...
It can be done via topping & LST. If you wish to keep it shorter, it also helps to pick strains that aren't going to be tall. You can still get a very large yield from plants under 6 ft tall if you do it right. Plenty of info out there & on this site on how to do that.

Grow on!

Yes. Thanks for the feedback. I like to try Sativa and Hybrid outside due to my tent height limitations. Even my “short” Aurora Indica is 6’ in a 10g. Think I’ll try 20g and trim/stretch to make a 6’ beast next year.
