Outdoor training questions regarding yield production

By either high stress or LST, is it possible to increase the yield by the following method outdoor:

Using a clinometer to determine the angle of the sun. Then training, by trimming or LST-ing the plant to form a corresponding slope on the plant, similar to SCROG-ing inside.

For example: in the northern hemisphere, LST-omg the southern part of the plant lower than the northern part. Training the middle to correspond to the desired angle.

The simplest example would be SCROG-ing on an angle. Should this be done to increase the yield outdoors?
