Pale plant

Hey,
I have 2 small plants, the other is planted on rockwool + soil and other is directly on soil. The soil is going much better, growing faster and such. Rockwool one looks healthy but pale, grows slower and the color is much more light green than on the soil one. I've been watering both with ph 5,5 water and giving them nutes (bit too much actually). What could be the problem?

It sounds like your nutes are running out of the rockwool-soil mix too fast and is hungry. Make sure your soil PH is about 6.5.

are they the same strain? do you water them at the same time? how old are they?

Same strain yes, few weeks old. I water at the same time (approx. every 2nd day), smaller one has bit of a nute burn.
