part of the leaf is darker when looking from underneath

ive been haveing trouble with these seedlings all day. first they were
curling under. now when i look at one of them from underneath i can see part of it is darker. like a dark shadow. it looks like its starting to turn black or somthing. what does it mean please. take a look at these pics. the black from underneath. and from the frount you can also make it out

Is it having pH issues? How often are they watered? What are the temperatures. We need more data to help with this.

i water just a little bit every day. i watered it alot yesterday because one of them started drooping bad. it perked right up after i watered it. the ph testers i have dont even seem to work. i cant even seem to get it to work, i dont even know if its on

Don't over water. It only needs to be damp not soaked. What type of medium are you using? Looks very pale green/yellow in the pic.

Well for one thing peat pots suck really bad.... I have used the pellets in the past but I think I am going to stop using those too actually. If you can find a gentle soil, especially one designed for seedlings and start them in that, you'll probably have better results.
