Pest problem outdoor

Need help identifying pest problem. Outdoor grow, water every other day or every 2 days depending on soil. Nutes every 3rd water. Plants all growing good still healthy green. But I've been noticing leaves more towards the bottom of plant but there is some leaves towards the middle as well with the same problems. I know its not spider mites no webs or spiders on the underside of leaves.. I'm assuming thrips or aphids??? Some black oily dots on top of some leaves and spots on top that look like spider mites.. But no mites with?

They are quite the bitch to get rid of once they're dug in. They all but destroyed my 2nd grow. Best of luck, man.

But there's not a single bug on the undersides of the leaves no webbing?

They're very tiny, you may need a magnifying glass to see them. Look like little moving dots.
