pest problem

hi can anyone help i have small closet grow , i took some pots in from outside never washed them (stupid i know) i noticed a small white crawley insect now its a little green fly i think ,what pest controll can i get? thanks brian

Try Safer Yard and Garden, and Safer 3 in 1 Spray. Should be applied at night/dark hours. You can use as a foiler spray and or top soil spray. You should also get some Neem Oil. If all else fails, pick up some AZAMAX!
