You don't have one of those whole-house water softeners, do you? Everything I've read about those things screams, "DON'T use water from them on your plants!"

I do not have one.

You did right with the Cal/Mag. That will probably stop the spotting. Burned tips my be a bit to much fertilizer. I grow in soil and use the basic N-P-K nuits and Cal/Mag. That's it. I use Lilly Miller B-1 Plant starter for my Cal/Mag it has a few other useful things in it.

I'm having a tough time finding it. Sold in a store. Been vegging for 4 weeks. I need to correct this asap.
