PH & Nutrient Question?

Ok I'm using fox farm big bloom and tiger bloom nutrients. I've noticed that when I add both the nutrients to the water the ph drops very low about 5.0 to 5.3. Now I have been adding ph up to the nute water mix bringing it up to 6.0. Am I doing this correctly? I add 1 tablespoon of big bloom and 1 teaspoon of tiger bloom per 2 quarts of water every other watering. I've scaled down the nutrients from bottle instructions of big bloom 4 tablespoons and tiger bloom 2-3 teaspoons per gallon. Am I too short on the nutrients? Will It be enough nutrients to make a difference? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated thanks!
