After my son was born, I weighed about 20 pounds more than before I was pregnant. I decided to pick a sport and start working out. I chose triathlon. I've been training for triathlon for a little over a year. I'm not at a competitive level. My goal is just to finish and improve my time. I find that smoking a very small amount of cannabis significantly improves my workouts.
Before running or swimming, I'll occasionally smoke a very small bowl (2 or 3 hits). Endurance exercises are as much mental as physical, and I find that the slightly altered state is conducive to centering my thoughts. It also helps me breathe better.
