Plant and Aquarium Linear Fluorescent Light Bulb

I need a little schooling or clarification on this particular light source.

Good for the "vegetative" stage or the "flowering stage" of my plants?
I'm reading mixed reviews and ideas on this bulb.

That bulbs color temp is 2700 kelvin so that would work for flowering.

Thanks for the reply.
Was thinking there was something special about this bulb but I guess not.
I will stick with my daylight fluorescent's at 6500k.
And maybe go with the Plant/Aquarium light when my plants start to flower.
