Plant drooping a lot - No apparent reason

Don't get it, this plant's always kinda droopy. It looks thirsty but it gets watered often enough. Over watering? Man, I don't know. It's getting watered every couple to 3 days or so and the rest are all looking normal. This one's always just got a droop thing going on. Halp.

Well I can't figure out how the hell pics are to be posted so I'll give a bit more of a description. It's a 2 to 3 foot tall plant outdoors in the ground. Timewarp crossed with northern lights. Soil mixture is peaks soilless with some tomato tone type fertilizer and kelp and things added plus native soil. It the soilless had a chance to break down before I planted it and every other plant looks normal so... this one was droopy like this back when it was in a pot too. Not sure.
