Now has very serious issue my closet temperature continuously to
maintain in 90f this kind of temperature may grow? If decreases
temperature the lamp artillery picks off two worries lumina

90f is a bit too high for most strains here, but there, if humidity is good, and soil is cooler from night temps, you could be ok. They will use more of everything, and may have a longer flowering period or never even finish flowering. So get the temps down if you can, because I have no idea what kind of plant you have

2700 is for flowering. If you want to keep the plants small, switch to 2700-3300k cfls and lights 12 on and 12 off.

for seeding is 9 4 4

I do not have 4 4 4 nutes

Need buying extraly ??

So not the operation method of understanding nutes very much

HUH? Just to make sure your understaning what 1/4 dose means... If the directions say to use 1 teaspoon or 15 mils per gallon you would use 1/4 of a teaspoon or 3.75 mils per gallon for a 1/4 dose. I have no idea what your 500 times water stuff means.
