Plant is 3in tall and has alternating nodes? good?

So I have grown a couple times but just started doing it with a final crop in mind! so I have one that I just started 13 days ago and it is 3 in tall and has 4 nodes with alternating nodes!? Can I start flowering soon?
(indoor setup with 2 200w 2700 lighting going 24 hrs. any suggestions?

You are looking for offset nodes, so when one set of fan leaves, branches are in the same plane, but slightly higher than its partner.

ya definitly offset nodes but they are just now starting to grow, so should i wait until at least the first set are fully grown?

Alternating and offset are two different things. I would say it is near impossible if they are grown from seed that they could be offset that quick. Post a pic.
