Plant problems

Hi all. I am new to this site and this is my first year growing. I am growing outdoors, and i have 5 plants, 2 are looking great and 3 are struggling. The 3 that aren't going well have very droopy leaves and have black marks and yellow on them. I water them when the soil is dry, and i have 3 pictures of one of the plants. Please tell me what I could do to help them. Thanks!

If someones gonna help you they need a lil more information. Typeof soil, any nutes?, how long they get sun, ect. Good luck
