I have 3 clones that I rooted in rockwool is it ok to plant them in soil when i get a good root base?

Absolutely... even the 6 and 8 inch blocks, just bury them a lil deeper than not as the RW tends to give up it's moisture very easily which could leave some pretty important root work dry on a hot day... cheers!

Thanks Captain. All of my girls are in veg at 18/6 hrs light. Should I keep the clones with the rest or light them 24 hrs?
I think I hear you saying that the clones are 24/0 and you want to put them in 18/6... I wouldn't have a problem w/that... cheers~

To answer your question, rockwhool can be used for hydro and soil. So once your babies get a nice amount of roots popping out they are ready for transplant.
Once your clones are transplanted you can put them with the rest that are on 18/6
