Plants are growing slow and starting to turn yellow

this is my first time growing so I don't know what to expect my plants are now a month old and are still small and now starting to turn yellow and just grow very slow I have 2 100w 6400k cfl bulbs on them about 6 inch away from plants I water almost daily to keep the soil damp can anyone give me things to try to fix these plants and to what they think may be wrong I've tried posting pictures but it doesn't let me for some reason if anyone can help so I can show you guys let me know I

They don't do well being wet all the time, I don't have much knowledge on household CFL bulb growing and whether it is enough light to have much for results (I've used them for seedlings/clones is about it).

You will need more light if you want more than slow growth, two CFL light bulbs aren't enough light to make em grow fast.

Also watering everyday is excessive wait until soil is dry.
