Plants won't flower?

I've had my plants on 12/12 for about a week and a half and only one of them shows it's sex (female) but it isn't even mine so I don't really care. They're all extremely rootbound if that makes a difference..

It can take up to 2 full weeks or more for them to show sex and being root bound is probably not helping much. I would pot up to the final flowering pot and make sure it was large enough to give the root plenty of air and grow room. Just be patient and they will either throw ya a hair or start stacking up them nuts any day now....

Is there a light leak? That could also slow it down some people give it a full 24 hours of dark before switching to help speed up showing pistols.
