1st time grower and 1st post

i have a few girls in a hydro set up that is doing well i followed the sch (as to time on light and water and chem seems 12 weeks ans after with clear water waited to havest. 1st havest not so wonderful so i decided to just wait. now after many more weeks the buds are looking good. apro 18 weeks now but i think i should wait

ok my question is how long is too long and how to know when ready can anyone give me a new sch

i will be happy to give you more info i wish i knew what you needed not sure how to get you pic i have very limited pc skills lol ok the plants are and have been under a 12on 12 off light time i have 600 watt hal hd light the buds seem to get bigger and bigger each week i change water each week now only water no chem ty. tell me what you need to know ??
