Please help me with a floro/mh question

HELLO, friends
i have a 400 watt mh in my veg room that is 4x7
can i use 1 4ft 40 watt plant aquarium
3 " " full spectrum sunshine
i have 3 two blb ballasts

i was told to put my 400 mh in with my 600hps or putt in my400 watt mh conversion bulb run that with my 600 hps
then use the floros for veg DO I DO THIS

you have 1 4' 40 watt full spectrum aquarium bulb... and you have 3 2 bulb ballasts.. does this mean each bulb is 40 watts for a total 7 40 watt bulbs totaling 280watts? It isn't really clear what the 3 2 bulb ballasts are....

If you only 40 watts Vegging your plants, your veg growth is going to be very limited. Off the cuff... You would be better off with 400 watts MH vegging and only 600 watts flowering.
