Please help!

My 3 week old blue lemon Thai.

I don't know what I did that caused this , I have 2 other plants in the same system. One shows the same white stuff on its grow medium the other doesn't.

My next step is to rinse the other two and change the system water, and hope someone has an answer.

Room 75 degrees, r/h at 50%, ph at 5.9.
400w cfl, Botanicare nutes grow at 20ml/4l.

probably just minerals from your water. Do you have a fish tank?? does it have white stuff on it?? What does the plant look like?? if it loos healthy I would not worry too much about it.
