I'm a beginner in growing marijuana OUTDOOR
Check the PHOTOS below
Its been a month after planting
My plant grows at the speed of couple of leaves a week
I use normal NPK fertilizer used for gardening purpo

I water them thrice a week
I think the stems are thin I posted some photos
Please review it
Is my plant okay??

It may not be important close to the equator, but it got a late start.
It appears you have several plants all growing close to each other. Not great for maximum yield.
Do they get plenty of direct sunlight? Do you know the strain?
Watering three times per week seems like too often. What is your soil like. Outside, after a good drench, a young plant can usually go quite a while without another drink.

It is planted outdoor.
I do planted all close to gather.
Climate average in my town (At an average temperature of 31.9 °C, May is the hottest month of the year. At 25.5 °C on average, December is the coldest month of the year)
The soil types are alluvial and red combined
No I don't know the specifics but it is Indica
