LOS ANGELES -- Los Angeles police have arrested a second suspect wanted in the killing of an employee at a medical marijuana dispensary in Echo Park.

The Los Angeles Times reports Raymond Easter was arrested without incident Friday afternoon at a Van Nuys apartment by Los Angeles police and the U.S. Marshal's Service.

The victim, 27-year-old Matthew Butcher, was working at Higher Path Holistic Care on June 24 when at least two suspects entered looking for marijuana and cash.

Butcher and another employee were ordered to lay face-down on the ground and did not resist, but both were shot anyway. Butcher died from his injuries.

Last month, Daniel Deshawn Hinton pleaded not guilty to murder and attempted murder in the case.

This is a good reason to vote for proposition 19. Tax Marijuana, make it legal for everyone! Then anyone over 18 can go into a Licor store, or any store for that matter, and buy their pot and leave.

If it's legal there would be no need for Dispensaries because you could get it anywhere, that would reduce the chance of anyone stealing, or robbing to get it.

Please vote yes on Prop. 19 if you live in California this November!!
