A disturbing-the-peace call leads police to the discovery of 40 pounds of marijuana.

Salt Lake City Police Lieutenant Jim Coleman says a woman called police Wednesday after she heard fighting coming from her neighbors' apartment and saw a guy standing outside with a ski mask on.

Coleman says when officers arrived they discovered that three men with ski masks had broken into the apartment and confronted the four residents inside, including an infant. He said two of the men had left before police arrived, but the third man was arrested.

Coleman says officers later found a duffel bag containing 40 pounds of marijuana, two pounds of psychedelic mushrooms and about $650 in cash.

Investigators believe the three men were there to steal the drugs and that the incident was not random.
