Possible White Powdery Mildew?

long story short my plant(about week 3 of veg) has been growing kind of odd and has grown leaves with chunks missing from them so I’ve been monitoring it looking for pests and I just started to notice some little white spots on some of the leaves. Is it WPM or something else? Thank you in advance.

Hard to tell right now- if it's 10 times worse tomorrow, then it's PM...
Citric acid will get rid of it for good ,or a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water will keep it under control, but you'll have to spray every day with the vinegar solution.
At this point, its hard to tell what that is on the leaf...doesn't really look like pm (yet), but there is something there.
Give it a little more time- you'll know soon if it's pm- I hope it isn't.

something else. get a loupe on those and make sure they aren't mite eggs.
