Can't get the lights any closer they are only 1/2 inch above the plants and always have been.

They look healthy. Remember, the CFLs can get up to an inch away. They look good, regardless.

3x4 foot flouros 36watt each. Gettin a bit old so need replacing or I might just get them under my envirolites which would be 4x125 watts. Am trying to keep my electricity usage down as its now getting into winter here and my electricity obviously takes more of a hit at this time of year.

Ah. Very nice. The winter does put a dent and the cfls can fix it. Thinking green involves using fluros and its a great thing regardless of growing.

I decided to put my plants under 1x125 envirolite last night as it gives off better light than the flouros.
As they get too big to all be under one bulb I will add the second and veg under both.

Yeah I have seen previous posts where kitties have managed to ruin some grows. the only time my cats get anywhere near my plants is when I am there and a quick sharp "No" stops them in their tracks. Hopefully they will never learn how to open doors.....lol

Yes they can Mine loves it i feed him the leave i trim off he eats them all love the stuff .
