Get the best genetic (from seed if possible) u can get ur hands on with all the attributes u like in ur meds. Read threads/books, ask questions if u couldn't find it in ur reading. Have patience and pay attention to detail. Now, the rest of my answer varies greatly depending on ur method of growing. I can't be much more help w/out more specific info.
