Powdery mildew week 3 of flowering

Has anyone used anything to combat this on a plant during flowering?

I use neem early in bloom, but not after the 5th week. The half life of neem on a leaf is about 2 days.

What can I do?

Spray your plants with a 3 to 1 mix of 3%(drugstore type) Hydrogen peroxide,(1 peroxide,3 water)-undersides of the leaves also...
or a 9 to 1 mix of water and milk (9 water,1 milk)
This close to harvest,I think I'd just use the peroxide-don't want them buds tasting like sour milk...

**edit** I mis-read,thought you were 3 weeks from harvest-use either one

I've used the milk recipe with great success outdoors and I have heard its effectiveness has something to do with the sunlight. That was in very early flower. Couldn't notice any smell after 2 or 3 days nor any more PM. Good luck!

What was the ratios? Milk and water?

Another question. If I move them outside and spray them with the milk/water will that attract insects?

I used whole milk 3.25 percent stuff, somewhere around the ratio @carcass mentioned.
