Pre Harvest Flushing with PH water?

I was reading somewhere, can't remember where though... errr...lol
It said to flush the soil with PH water the last 7 to 10 weeks before harvest.

Does this mean once every week or what? How many times and how often is the question...

It supposed to increase the flavor and fragrance of the buds.
