Preflower? M/F?

Not sure if its a preflower or if its developed enough to tell sex.
2 month old, still veg, soil.
thoughts?

Yeah those are not the pistils I think they are called Stipules and they occur naturally during vegging. The Pistils are usually a pair of long white hairs

I didnt have a program to cricle my picture, im curious about the growth slightly above the stipules at the base of the lateral stem.
actually this entire stem is a side branch so im not sure what to call it
this stem is the only one ive found this growth on, its the fastest growing side branch on my plant.

I think i see what you are talking about now that i look at it closer

From the looks of it i think that is a pistil at the very early stages it will get longer

Side branches are called lateral shoots or just call it a branch lol
