Profile Issue!

I have a profile problem. My profile isn't MY profile. It belongs to someone else. Everything contained in "my notifications" belongs to my profile name but everything else belongs to another member of this board. Need a little help here please.

duplicate name isn't the issue....my user name is alaskan-
when I go to my profile alaskan profile pops up. I can see his messages and everything

I changed your name, you cannot have extra characters in your name, that was the problem.

Well that fixed it! Can we change the name though to alaskan1 ?
