pruning help please

So i have a sativa plant and im using LST to bush it out and keep it from getting too tall...but now my cola leaves look limp...ive been watering and lighting 18/6 every day...i have smaller colas forming inside the big ones at the stalk...am i ok to clip the bigger colas off?

Pics would help but no, you can cut the leaves that are blocking light but pruning is something that's done a little cause the leaves provide nutrients to the plant and during flowering you shouldn't want to. But if you're talking about 2nd harvest then yea.
