Question about changing light cycles

Hi there,

I have 10 sprouts going right now that are 7 days old. I have been running them under light 24hrs a day. I was wondering if I can change the light schedule over to 18/6 without harming them. Thanks for your input!

I change my lightcycle 24 to 23 , then 2 days later from 23 to 22 and so on, i do the same when changing from veg to flower. I read somewhere that it should be good. I only done one grow but i kinda liked doin it this way, like a smallscaled imitation of nature

Great! Thanks for your replies. I just can't get my head wrapped around the idea of giving them light 24hrs a day. It just seems un-natural. But then again, so is marijuana growing in my garage, so who knows
