Question about my 400w hps light

When I took my light out the box,its a 400w hps light with reflector.the reflector bit is the bit that I have a question about.
As it was in a long,narrow box I've had to stretch each "wing" out a bit which is fine but there is this blue type of cellophane stuff on the reflector.I'm pretty sure its just there for protecting the reflector but I wanted to ask before I take it off incase it should infact be on there.I was thinking that maybe its meant to stay on at the begining ,then come off? I'm unsure so any help on this would be great,cheers

Peel off the blue cellophane stuff. Cheers.

Aw man,a was sure it came off and feel like a bit of a tool now but better safe than sorry.lol.thanks for your input by the way,as you can see your my "one n only" lol.not in a gay way or anything,lol.not that I'm against gays either,would hate to offend anyone.

Forgot all about it in my hurry to get things moving.noticed just in time by the burning smell!lol.sorted out now though
