Questions about PPM calculations

So I made this spreadsheet to calculate the PPM range of various nutrients in a given solution/nutrient volume, I think it's pretty straight forward and I checked against the only working calculator I could find online (for the Lucas formula, seems outdated) and I think I got the math right, but I need to know a few things...

1. Can I tally up the solution ppm numbers I got together for total solution ppm? So for this about 700 + 700 of both nutrients mixed into a gallon, making the total combines ppm 1400?
2. Is there a reliable chart that details nutritional suggestions by nutrient? So instead of listing the total ppm recommended for each growth stages, but the ppm of each individual element? The "Lucas" formula page has a table but I am doubtful of it because the combined ppm they recommend for flower is only 400-500 ppm, well below the 700-1400 figures I often hear.
