Quick fan question

is there a best time to have a fan switched on, when the lights are on or off etc... does it make a difference?

Air movement is good at all times. when the light is on it helps keep the girls cool... and while they dance a little bit you get slightly better light penetration. When the lights are off moving air helps keep moisture from settling and helps ward off things like mold.
