I don't have much experience with growing pot. I have trimmed the occasional plant, etc. My question is though, I received two plants from a buddy of mine. He gave me both plants, one is a little over 2' feet, and the other one is probably 1 1/2 foot. He's had them outside the whole growth period so i'm thinking about transplanting them into pots. They are currently in little black plastic containers, the ones that veggies and flowers come in. He put some nutrients, and some good soil in there. How do I go about transplanting them into 2 gallon buckets? The plastic containers aren't very big at all. Can I just mix other soil as the foundation in the 2 gallon buckets?
