Random testing in workplace

I live in Wisconsin and just got a job where they can do random drug tests. I am a daily smoker, but do nothing else.
My question is does anyone know how much time an employer has to give an employee for a random drug test in wisconsin?? Do they have to give you 24 hours or can they demand that you pee on the spot??

Not aware of any rules far as the States go, random usually means anytime they feel like it or some Employers will do one if you have an accident on the job. Last place I worked they had someone from the Office take you to testing place, so you couldn't pick up something on the way there, and you didn't know until you got called into the Foreman's office that you were going to get tested (which can take awhile if you just went to the bathroom and have to wait until you can or you can get enough color for them to accept it).
