RDWC Incredible Bulk & Lemon Haze Tent Grow

Hello :420: World!!!
Coming into flower week 6, plants looking very healthy no changes with PPM drinking like champions as expected.

had a stupid moment with my Lemon Haze pod, being it’s a seperate tank I was away from home for 8 days and left the lid open after the last feed... very silly, came home to find a mild case of root rot starting :( Have been treating with peroxide for 2 days, back on the feed today...
She has bounced back beautifully so far.. hope it does not effect yield too much.

Incredible bulk going strong as always, trimmed a fair bit today to get more light into the canopy.

Nice grow! Is it starting to feel a little claustrophobic in that tent yet?
Fuck yeah a bit of a tight squeeze that’s for sure, but plants seem comfortable enough, had 2 plants in a 1.2 x 1.2 x 900 on my first grow... yeah that was fun lol...

Have been swapping them around pods weekly. The front plants near the HPS lamp are growing quicker, every week I have to swap them.

After this grow I’ll rip it all out and put another HPS in with cool tunes, move the LEDs to saturate the lower growth.

But yeah mate wishing I had more room, envious of my mate who has 2 x 6m tents.
2 grows staggering so he has yield most of the year..

But yeah unfortunately my other hobby is cars lol. Sheds full of V8 toys

Hey guys, pulled the lemon she was done and dusted... first day of drying not sure of yield yet but will let everyone know.

the incredible bulk has another 1-2 weeks till she’s done, should be a good result over all.

also posted a thread on it, but wil comment here if anyone knows.

I accidentally flowered my clones, wifi timer reset on me for 12-12.. about a week later I realised.. anyone know if they will bounce back? Or should I whip out the seed collection?
I have turned them to 24 hour light now.

Excellent grow journal. I got here from looking at your build thread.

One question, as I am looking at doing something similar myself - how do you keep the roots from clogging your return lines? My biggest worry is that happening and flooding my grow area.

I have a ton of the 5 gal black buckets but don't have the $$ to replace them with square ones and go to 2"+ pvc.

Welcome to the community mate Good peeps here and lots of help.

I hear a ton of growers having issues with clogged return lines, myself haven’t had any as far.
the pump is external to the res, I guess that creates more of a natural water current, dosent suck the roots into the pipe, the roots don’t even seem to pull towards the return piping on the setup... I’m no expert but I would think if you had the pump inside the res pot you might see a more aggressive return flow.

I also have shutoff valves along the feed tubing from the pump, they are adjusted to restrict and correct the flow, without this the buckets will fill unevenly and cause flooding.
The outlet running from the res to the pump has a filter in it too, also helps

originally I had some small leak issues with the round pots, was in the same boat, I had plenty of plastic pales laying around, and they aren’t cheap...
Solution... I picked up a paintable Plumbing sealant from the hardware store and painted it around all the valves ect, haven’t seen any extra leaks since.

I would go a square pots if I was building the setup again, but small easy fix if you do get a leak

Harvested the incredible bulk today, the Lemon Haze gave me about 160 grams, was very light and fluffy buds. Very good smoke, almost gone from mates wanting bits here and there. good feedback

Very impressed with the Incredible yield this crop, went fairly heavy on the Resignator feed.. PH perfect seems to do well after swapping to it from GP3 mid grow. Still love the GP3 but PH numbers fluctuating towards the end of the grow was becoming too much work, a nice change to see the PH stable... one less thing to monitor and adjust.

anyway the weight of some of these buds, they are monsters, 15-20 grams a head on the larger ones I’m estimating. very happy with results.

tomorrow the tent is getting guttered and reset, adding a extra 2 pots, adding northern lights to the mix lol... and putting the res external... watch this space.
