Re vegging from flower?

Indica- vanilla kush
Started from clones. Vegged indoor under clf 18/4
Had outdoors for 40 days and have been flowering nicely
We have 13 1/2 hrs daylight here
Small leaves popping up from tops of buds.

Any thoughts? Should I cover in the evenings? Are they re vegging? Thanks for any response.

that looks pretty normal to me mine look the same.

those leaves look fine, generally from my experience, when reveging your first set of leaves come out deformed. like they are confused what structure to build. If your worried just add an extra hour darkness to your plants. U Could try using large garbage bags. cover the whole plant . Make sure its light proof. Depending how your strain deals with that light situation. Best to keep your plant receiving no more then 12 hours light MAX during flower.
