Ready to harvest or a problem? Confused

Hello, so this girl is just getting to her 8 week in flower. I'm seeing amber trichomes, milky trichomes and clear trichomes... Also white and brown pistils, bout 50/50.

Problem is that a lot white pistils,and clear trichomes. If that is a problem ?

Those pictures are leaves, from the bud itself? Where should I be looking?

Look right on the buds, top will b a little farther along then the bottom, cause they get more light but Tom is more of the harvest so I’d go by tgat

Yup, those are pictures coming from the top buds. I'll give them a full 8 weeks (Sunday) and I cut her down. Thanks man!
