red stems still! help pls

ok so my plants are about three weeks from seed got lush green leaves 3 sets of them infact. but my stems are red and i know thats a N.P.K thing. but iv'e givin my plants 2 times the recomended amount of grow nutes! and my new leaf stems are still coming out red, and the old leaf stems are getting reder how can i stop this. i mean iv'e givin them so much grow nutes that my leaves should be turning yellow but there just curling upward like they want more food i dont know how much food i can give them without hurting them. my grow nutes call for 6ml per L of water i gave it 12ml per L or water and there still turning red can someone help me with this problem ?

flush your plants. go back to recommended dosage of nutes. red/purple stems are a normal characteristic of some strains of MJ.
