red trichomes

This is a fruit punch that is 13 days into what is supposed to be a 56 day schedule, is this soimething that is common with these red trichomes? this seems very early for such heavy trichome swelling, doesn't it?

Hey Kyah, thanks for the good thoughts, turns out I was paying too much attention to the trichs on the leaves as opposed to the buds.
Also they are purple not red, caused by being too close to the light.

Trichomes on leaves often mature more quickly than trichomes on the actual buds. The trichomes on the buds are the ones you should check for ripening. Some strains may ripen in different colors, including red, purple, blue, orange, brown, and yellow. Photo looks very pretty.
