Reflective Insulation Question

I just got back from the store lookin at insolation and seen they have foam insolation board, with what looks like mylar
on one side, and was wondering if anyone knows about it and if so dose it work very well for reflecting light? Thanks :allgood:

Mylar is an excellent reflector.

Thanks Smokin M. Yes, I know about mylar but im unsure if its mylar or not, I mean it looks just like it and all,
but I just dont know why they would put mylar on insolation board, ya know. If it looks like it you think it would work the same? I just dont want it to eat my light like tin foil dose. :allgood:
