Renal Failure by Ernest Lopez
My name is Ernie. I'm 33 years old and have been diagnosed with renal failure. I do hemodyalisis three times a week to filter my blood to prolong my life. I use marijuana to minimize the side affects of treatments. Side affects are depression, loss of appetite, and energy. I smoke three times a day at sunrise, about noon and in the evenings. It helps me with mood changes and to accept the fact that my life span will be shortened. When I feel short fused it seems if I smoke I can empathize more with the other person feelings which helps me in dealing with feelings and emotions of my own.
