Repurposed industrial lighting witch is best

Ok 420 family I've found a shit load of lighting from my old shop and I'm concidering using one for a grow light I'm wondering witch type would b best here are the specs I have 120v 400w m59 high bay light setup

Witch would b more practical to use and what build should I use I only wanna use them in bloom I'll keep the led for veg any help would b amazing thank u

Metal Halide is usually used for veg. Where high-pressure sodium is used for flower. An HPS has a more red spectrum.

Not sure I would use the metal halide for flowering even if it has more power than your LED. Flowering plants really need the red spectrum.

Just my opinion.

I have over 2000w of led going at the moment I don't know much about the lights I just figured I could switch bulbs but maybe not I just wanna a few hundred watts for my bloom with the 2000w led also. Maybe I'll just sell them on Craig's list and get a real light. Or just but one of those Goliath black diamond LEDs but that's 1000$ wtf lol I love growing but not the price for a real deal light
