Lower buds from the plants. I chopped the uppers already.

I'm in rural South Dakota. Medical just became legal. Rec is still fighting it's way through the courts. My county has 7000 people and city under 500. Minnesota is 5 minutes away but major cities that sell FFOF are hours away. It can be shipped here but shipping isn't cost effective, neither is fuel cost to drive 4 hours round trip to buy it.

CO2 would be nice but since I'm running negative air pressure in my 2x4x6 I think it would get sucked right out before the plants would even be able to use it.
I have no experience with it either, but have seen lots of youtubes about it. I have heard/ read that when using a lot of light plants will have more needs. Cal/mag and Co2 I think are really important. Some say Co2 is a waste. Some say its a must in a grow using a lot of Light. Co2 is lighter than air. It floats to the bottom. Thats why people hang it high in the tent so it comes down on canopy.

I will be buying a SP3000 and that will be more than enough light in my 2x4... In fact, it will be a big improvement from 430 Led watts in my 4x4. I figure I will be able to get some big buds with that light.
I bought a mars tent kit with the SP3000. I emailed Mars and they upgraded the light to the FC3000 but the SP3000 had already shipped so I ended up with both lights. The light output at 100% is extremely bright. I currently have a regular citrus black going right now and the buds are already super dense and the sugar leaves are already frosting up. There's over a month left on it still. I upped the lights to 13 on and 11 off since the temps are getting colder and colder in my shed. Snow is expected next week.

Looking great!!!!!
In a shed with snow on the ground... I think the better light for 2x4 footprint is the SP3000. The other FC 3000 is better for 3x3 footprint.. Both excellent!!! I was tempted into getting a CMH 315 watt. It has a 3x3 foot print, hence I'm not going to buy but everything I read about it was very impressive for growing. I'm probably going to buy at some point just to see what a difference it would do. It's a much more penetrating light and can heat up a tent with a 315 watt bulb. They're also so cheap compared to LED's

FYI @MrSauga is huge proponent of Miracle grow soil. Very experienced grower and long time member on this site. Check out his journals.
Thanks PD.
Actually, the only Miracle Grow I would recommend is the Natures Care Organic Potting Soil. It is from Miracle Grow and does not contain the time released nutes. It should be cut with 20-25% perlite or vermiculite when using.

Thanks for the tag! Stay well!
